Coaching Terms
Terms and conditions for 1:1 coaching with Luca Martini. Last updated: 18 October 2026.

These terms apply to every coaching program you book with me: the Rapid Cut, 1:1 Coaching and All-In. "I" means me, Luca. "You" means my client. Terms of your own don't apply.
2. What the coaching is, and what it isn't
This is personal 1:1 coaching. I build your training and nutrition plan around your week, check in with you, look at how it's going and adjust the plan for you. You follow the plan, and I keep adjusting it so it keeps working for you.
- It's not a course. There are no lessons, no curriculum, no tests or exams and no certificate. Everything you get is made for you.
- It's not medical care. I'm not a doctor, dietitian or therapist. The coaching doesn't diagnose or treat any illness and doesn't replace medical advice.
- No guaranteed results. I give you my best work, but how your body responds depends on you, your health and your everyday life. I don't promise a specific result.
3. The programs
What you book is the program shown on your personal start page and in my confirmation email.
| Rapid Cut | 6 weeks. Day 1 to 30 fat loss sprint, day 31 to 37 recalibration, day 38 to 42 a guided move into maintenance. Support as in 1:1 Coaching. |
|---|---|
| 1:1 Coaching | 12 weeks. Your training and nutrition plan, built around your week. A kick-off call. A weekly check-in (Sunday) that I answer with video feedback. A weekly 15-minute live call (Monday). A direct line to me in the app. |
| All-In | 12 weeks. Everything in 1:1 Coaching, plus: daily check-ins that I answer the same day, two live calls a week, meal plans with shopping lists, a form check on the videos you send me from every workout, and your sleep, steps and daily routine. I plan everything, you follow it. |
- Your plan is ready within 48 hours after I get your completed onboarding questionnaire.
- Calls are video calls at times we agree within my availability. If you can't make a call, tell me at least 12 hours before and we find another time in the same week. A call you miss without telling me isn't made up. If I have to move a call, I offer you a new time in the same week.
- Messages: I reply as soon as I can.
- Tools: training, check-ins and chat run in the Everfit app. For nutrition you share your MyFitnessPal diary with me (another app works too, then as screenshots). The free versions are enough. You need a smartphone with internet.
4. Booking and contract
- On a free call we find the program that fits you. After that you get a personal link to your start page with your program and price.
- The start page shows your program, how long it runs and the total price. You agree to these terms, choose whether your coaching should start right away (before the 14-day withdrawal period ends), and click "Book with obligation to pay".
- The secure checkout of my payment provider Stripe opens. There you enter your name, email, billing address and payment method. You can check and correct everything before you pay.
- The contract is concluded when the checkout confirms your booking. You see the confirmation and get your invoice by email.
The current version of these terms is at martiniliving.com/terms. The version you agreed to comes in my confirmation email after your booking, together with the information on your right of withdrawal and the model withdrawal form, before I start working on your coaching. The contract language is English. The coaching itself runs in English or German, whichever you prefer.
Anything extra that I agree with you in writing (for example by email) is part of your contract.
You must be at least 18 years old to book.
5. Start and term
- After your booking I get in touch within 2 working days to set up your start: onboarding questionnaire, Everfit invitation and kick-off call.
- The kick-off call takes place within 7 days after your booking, unless we agree on a later date. If you didn't ask on your start page for the coaching to start right away, I start working on your plan and hold the kick-off only after the 14-day withdrawal period.
- Your program runs 6 weeks (Rapid Cut) or 12 weeks (1:1 Coaching, All-In), counted from the kick-off call. If the kick-off doesn't happen within 14 days after the date it was due for reasons on your side, your program starts anyway at the end of those 14 days.
- The program ends automatically at the end of its term. There is no automatic renewal. If you want to keep going, we agree on a new booking.
6. Price and payment
- The price is the one shown on your start page and in the checkout, minus any discount code I gave you. All prices are final prices. No VAT is charged under § 19 UStG.
- You pay through Stripe, with the payment methods shown in the checkout (for example card, Apple Pay or Klarna). If you choose Klarna, Klarna's terms also apply between you and Klarna.
- One payment: due when you book.
- Installments: the first installment is due when you book, the next ones on the same day of each following month. The number of installments is fixed: 2 for the Rapid Cut, 3 for 1:1 Coaching and All-In. After the last installment no further payments are taken. Installments are a way to pay the fixed total price. They are not a monthly subscription you can cancel.
- Failed payment: Stripe tries again and sends you an email. If an installment is still unpaid 14 days after my reminder, I may pause the coaching until it's paid. The end date of your program doesn't move, and the total price stays owed.
- You get every invoice by email.
7. Right of withdrawal
If you book as a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. All details, the model withdrawal form and the online withdrawal function are on the page Right of withdrawal.
I only start within the 14 days if you expressly ask me to on your start page. If you then withdraw, you pay an amount in proportion to the coaching provided until you tell me you withdraw. You get back everything else.
8. Your part
Your results depend on what you do with the plan. So you agree to:
- fill in the onboarding questionnaire honestly and completely, and tell me straight away when something changes (health, injuries, medication, pregnancy);
- send your check-in every week by Sunday (All-In: every day) and track what we agreed on;
- follow the plan as well as you can, and tell me when something doesn't work for you, so I can adjust it.
Missed check-ins, missed calls or not following the plan don't extend your program and don't reduce the price.
9. Health and safety
- The coaching is for healthy adults. In the onboarding questionnaire you confirm that, as far as you know, there's no health reason against training and changing your diet.
- If you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have had an eating disorder, check with your doctor before you start and tell me.
- The Rapid Cut works with very few calories for a limited time. I strongly recommend a check-up with your doctor before you start it.
- If you feel dizzy, faint, have chest pain, a racing heart or sharp pain, stop training and the diet, get medical help if needed, and tell me.
- Train within your limits and with clean form. When you take sets to failure, use safety pins, a spotter or a machine where it makes sense.
- If your questionnaire or what you tell me shows that the coaching wouldn't be safe for you (for example because of a medical condition, medication, pregnancy or an eating disorder that makes the training or the diet risky for you), I may withdraw from the contract before the kick-off call, and you get a full refund. If this comes up later, I may end the coaching, and you get back (or no longer owe) the share of the price for the time that's left.
10. Pauses
- You can pause for up to 2 weeks in total per program (Rapid Cut: 1 week), for example because you're ill or on holiday. Tell me before the pause. If you're ill, tell me as soon as you can.
- The end of your program moves back by the paused time. Installments stay due as planned.
- If I can't coach you for more than 2 days in a row (for example because I'm ill), I tell you and extend your program by that time.
11. Ending early and refunds
- Each program has a fixed term and ends on its own, so you never need to cancel it.
- Before that, you can end the coaching early only where the law allows it, for example for good cause. I can end it early for good cause too, for example if you are abusive towards me.
- If the coaching ends early this way, you pay for the coaching provided until then and get back anything you paid beyond that, unless the law says otherwise.
- A termination must be made at least in text form (for example by email) or through the function Cancel contract here. I confirm by email if and when your contract ends.
- Apart from that, your right of withdrawal and the cases in these terms, there is no refund for coaching time you don't use.
12. Photos, testimonials and my materials
- Your progress photos, videos and check-in data are only used for your coaching.
- I only show your photos, results, name or words in public (for example a before and after on social media) if you give me separate, voluntary consent in writing. Saying no changes nothing about your coaching, and you can take your consent back at any time for the future.
- Your plans and materials are for your personal use. Please don't pass them on, sell or publish them.
13. Confidentiality and your data
I treat everything you share with me as confidential. How I handle your data is explained in the privacy policy. Health data such as weight, body photos or what you eat I only process with your explicit consent, which you give in the onboarding questionnaire. Individual coaching isn't possible without this data. If you take your consent back, I can no longer coach you based on this data, and we talk about how to go on.
14. Liability
I'm liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the German Product Liability Act and where I gave a guarantee. For slight negligence, I'm only liable if I breach an essential contractual obligation, meaning an obligation that makes proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on which you may regularly rely. In that case my liability is limited to the damage that is typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract. Otherwise I'm not liable for slight negligence.
15. Final provisions
- German law applies. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you usually live.
- I'm not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
- If one provision of these terms is invalid, the rest stays valid. The statutory rules apply in place of the invalid provision.
